Southold Town Anti-Bias Task Force Hosts Annual MLK Celebration

The event will be held Sunday at the town's recreation center in Peconic.

SOUTHOLD, NY — The Southold Town Anti-Bias Task Force will gather Sunday for its annual Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. celebration.

The event will be held on Sunday, January 14 at 4 p.m. at the Southold Town Recreation Center, located at 970 Peconic Lane in Peconic.

This year's speaker will be Rev. Marc Thompson, pastor of the Unity Baptist Church in Mattituck.

"Shifting the cultural through the study and practice of Kingian non-violence," the ABTF said.
