JDRF and Peconic Bay Medical Center presents an informational event for Type 1 Diabetes on January 24th, 2015.

The Long Island Chapter of Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) and Peconic Bay Medical Center invite you to an event designed to educate, encourage and empower families and individuals affected by type 1 diabetes. The event will take place at Peconic Bay Medical Center on January 24, 2015 from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Refreshments will be served.
