Do you know you're officially "there" when you reach a certain exit on the Long Island Expressway or the Sunrise Highway? Do you feel like you've reached the North Fork when you're anywhere east of Riverhead? Or is it a certain spot on Sound Avenue where you breathe that sigh of pure bliss, knowing you're home?
