Arrest Log: Assault, DWI, Drug Possession

Monday, June 13,

At 11:58 p.m., Janeen Viglione, 43, of East Northport, was arrested for second-degree assault , third-degree assault and fourth-degree criminal mischief on Main Street.

Wednesday, June 15

At 12:14 a.m., Two Commack men, ages 22 and 23, were arrested on multiple counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance on Laurel Road. The 22-year-old was also charged with making an unsafe lane change, an equipment violation and unlawful possession of marijuana.

At 9:46 p.m., a 36-year-old Northport man was arrested on Fort Salonga Road for aggravated unlicensed operation, unlicensed operation, defective brake light and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

At 9:47 p.m., a 31-year-old Northport woman was arrested on Fort Salonga Road for seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, petty larceny and fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property.
