Arrest Log: DWI Charges, Man Violates Order of Protection

Sunday, Jan. 15
At 12:13 a.m., a 43-year-old Florida man was arrested on Woodbine Avenue and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, operating a vehicle without a mandatory ignition interlock device, no/expired insurance and improper use of transporter plates.
At 12:45 a.m., Anthony Ficalora, 19, of Northport, was arrested for driving while intoxicated on Whispering Fields Drive.

At 5:08 p.m., a 38-year-old Northport man was arrested for leaving the scene of an accident that caused property damage on James Street. He was issued a uniform traffic ticket.

At 11:28 p.m., a 47-year-old Northport man was arrested for violating an order of protection on Scudder Avenue. He was charged with second-degree criminal contempt (disobedience), second-degree harassment (physical contact), resisting arrest and second-degree obstructing governmental administration.
