Arrest Log: DWI, Leaving the Scene of an Accident

Monday, July 4

At 2 a.m., Griffin Roche-Tilden, 26, of Huntington, was charged with DWI after officers pulled him over for an equipment violation at a non disclosed location. He was additionally charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle on a highway and no/expired inspection certificate.

At 11:01 p.m., a 24-year-old Queens Village man was arrested for seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and suspended registration on Fort Salonga Road.

At 3:25 p.m., a 36-year-old Bay Shore woman was charged with leaving the scene of an accident on Bayview Avenue. Police say the woman struck a parked car with her jeep and drove away. The woman turned herself in to police. She first told police she left her information under the car's windshield, but it was later determined that was a lie.

Saturday, July 9

At 10:47 p.m., Alexander Aristides, 38, of Holbrook, was charged with DWI after officers pulled him over on Main Street.
