Batwoman or Batman that needs Earnings' Equality in NYS?

Who is the Super Hero in your life? It's a great question to think about during the holidays and as we wind down the Legislative aspects of this year's top merits of 2020.

NYS has stood their ground in educating and promoting public healthcare measures during a Viral Pathogen Pandemic of 2020-encouraging all to wear masks while in the presence of others. That is a SuperHero win. BatMan-the doctors involved; with their armor suit on spinning the webs of healthcare on the front lines and in the air spreading antibodies vaccinations while discussing ways in which to keep you and your family safe. Congratulations to those Batman's and Batwomen's putting in long hours in solving the healthcare puzzle crisis-that is the best goal of 2020.

But where is BatWoman in the midst of all this havoc in her earnings capacity? Are Batwoman's doctors, or only nurses or both? Who flies you around in their BatWoman Mobile or Jeep Wrangler means of transportation on a daily basis while perhaps working to help others on a daily basis on the Employment Clock and off the Employment Stop-Watch? Multi-tasking and making it look easy every day of the week-I believe it's BatWoman-BatMan's significant other. Did your BatWoman receive the Same Hourly Wage for being on the frontlines of Healthcare this season as BatMan?

Bam-Boom-NYS needs to Sign Maryann Maltese's Equality of Earnings Legislation in NYS because as "BatWoman" (Maybe you seen Maltese around town performing Acts of Justice) Bat woman Maltese was underpaid for her service to Batgirls and Batboy Cubs in the making between 1994-2013-and NYS Legislature as her BatCave Employer MUST issue her corrective Earnings. What Fly BatWoman allows herself to continue to permit her Employer to under pay her for her Super Hero Services to the local community and the Empire State at Large- DC Comics aka the Federal Government also acknowledged Federal Legislative Employees entitled to equality of earnings be issued. NYS Legislature as an Employer is not permitted to hold off issuance of my earnings-just like the Federal Government as an Employer is not permitted to hold out the issuance of corrective earnings!

Maryann Maltese from 1994-2013; a highly respected, regarded tenured State Legislative Employee who held Two BatWomen Employment Titles; Regional Communications Manager Downstate Operations and Chief of Staff for Members of the State Assembly and State Senate for 18.5 years is due corrective issuance of her employment earnings effective immediately. In NYS; Underpaying your SuperHero-Your Mom, Your Sister, Your Friend is still the Employment Process being permitted by the Largest Bat Cave around-Empire State aka NYS Legislature.
