St. Baldrick's is Back!
St. Baldrick's is back! Northport's Events are taking place Friday, March 8th and Saturday, March 9th. Follow this blog for stories about the efforts in this community to Conquer Childhood Cancer!
My name is Nora Nolan. I am a Northport resident and proud St. Baldrick's Foundation volunteer, serving on the Committee for the Northport events since 2006.
For 2013, Northport will once again host two St. Baldrick's Events. On Friday, March 8th the shaving will take place at the Brosnan Administration Bldg on Laurel Avenue in Northport from 5-9pm. On Saturday, March 9th, shaving will take place from 12noon - 9pm at Napper Tandy's Irish Pub on Laurel Avenue in Northport.
These events have a wonderful history filled with amazing stories from shavees, donors, volunteers, honorees, and many, many more. It's my mission to share these stories with you.
