Budget and Marine Business District Hearings at Northport Village Hall
Here is a preview of what will be discussed tonight at the board of trustees meeting.
A Dec. 20 public hearing on proposed amendments to the Village Code governing the marine business district and Whale's Tale restaurant will be continued at 6 p.m. in Village Hall. The proposed amendments allow for "a reasonable expansion of uses that will benefit the residents of the Village and surrounding community and also provide needed revenue to the owners of property located within the Marine Business District," according to the Village's public hearing notice attached to this article as a PDF.
