Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Northport Collects Donations

NORTHPORT, N.Y. (Oct. 10, 2014) – The Northport office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage on Long Island and Queens held a food drive at the Stop & Shop, located in Northport, to collect food, non-perishable items and toiletries for The Northport/East Northport Food Pantry. The pantry services more than 150 local families weekly.

Barbara Hinton, a real estate salesperson affiliated with the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Northport, was essential in organizing the event, which collected four shopping carts of much needed items for families and children in need. Additional volunteers also affiliated with the office include, Bonnie Amenita, branch office manager, and real estate salespersons and associate real estate brokers Dan Makowski, Judy Green, Susie Wolf, Arleen Paul, Carol Conigliaro, Patti Gosman, Dawn Novick and Office Coordinator Maria Doyle.

“Thank you so much to the Northport community for helping to make such a difference in the lives of so many in need,” said Amenita. “Barbara and the volunteers are pleased that so many of our neighbors have been helped and will not go hungry this evening because of this community’s efforts.”
