Here are some of the incidents Northport Police responded to recently. None of the defendants has been convicted of a crime, but were arrested for the charges listed below.
Police responded to a report on Earl Avenue regarding two vehicles said to be struck with eggs by person or persons unknown on Nov. 30. Upon arrival, police found that several vehicles on the same street had been struck. No damage reported, and no suspects at this
time.
Police responded to a report on Fort Salonga on Nov. 29 to investigate an anonymous report of youths smoking pot in a tan Toyota Camry, and causing a disturbance. Police checked the area and said youths and vehicle were gone upon arrival. No further action at this time.

Police responded to a call on Nov. 28 on Fort Salonga Road about a report of an unknown subject wearing a mask in a unknown type of vehicle parked in the bank parking lot. The undersigned checked the area and the subject and vehicle were gone upon arrival. Police remained on scene until sufficient Suffolk County Police Department were on the scene. No further action at this time.
Police responded to a report of a blue vehicle driving erratic at Constitution Square on Nov. 27. Police canvassed the area but did not locate the vehicle.
