Cow Harbor Crossfit Honors Veterans
The patriotic "21 Gun Salute" workout took place Saturday.
Cow Harbor Crossfit paid tribute to those who have served with an honorary “21 Gun Salute” workout Saturday.
The event, which featured a visit from US Navy Seal Captain Andrew Bisset, was in partnership with the Long Island Chapter Team Red, White & Blue.

Partners take turns doing the workout two times each:
- 21 Pull-ups
- 21 Burpee Box Jumps (20″ Rxd)
- 21 Firemans Carry Back Squat (partner of equal weight)
- 21 Burpee Box Jumps
- 21 Pull-Ups
