Proceeds will go to the Northport Food Pantry. Here is everything you need to know about the bake sale.

EAST NORTHPORT, NY — The Perles family of East Northport is gearing up for its 18th annual Halloween Bake Sale fundraiser. All proceeds will go to the Northport Food Pantry.
The event is set to run from 3 p.m. until supplies last on Halloween Day at 39 Kalmia St., East Northport. Payments can be made on Venmo to @Greg-Perles, with cash, or a check written out to Northport Food Pantry. People with questions can email bakesale39@gmail.com.
Halle Brenner Perles, Greg Perles and their three daughters, Dylan, 24, Zoe, 22 and Kyra, 17, all pitch into the event, which will go on rain or shine. Even if it is pouring rain, the fundraiser will go on, and people would be able to knock on the family's door and they would serve them. In the event of rain, people can email the address on the flyer and even request that the family brings their baked goods out to their car.

"It’s crazy when you think about how long this fundraiser has been going on," Dylan told Patch. "We’re just two years away from celebrating our 20-year anniversary which is almost impossible to comprehend. We’ve been running this bake sale for the majority of my life at this point and I can’t imagine spending Halloween any other way. I am eternally grateful for all the friends, family, and community members who have helped us raise money for such an important organization for these past 18 years.”
Kyra was 5 months old when the first Halloween bakesale was organized by her sisters.
"I couldn't imagine spending Halloween and the weeks that lead up to it any other way," she said. "There's nothing like coming together with family and friends to do whatever small part we can to help the Northport Food Pantry in their efforts to end hunger in our community."
Zoe will be missing the fundraiser for the first time, as she is studying abroad this semester.
"I am so sad to be missing it but it's inspiring to admire from afar how my family and friends are pouring their energy into this tradition once more," she said. "Especially my little sister, Kyra, who is holding down the fort this year even amidst college application deadlines. I am so proud of her and my parents, older sister Dylan, my grandma, our friends and neighbors who all lend a hand to this community tradition of almost two decades! And I am excited to help in any way I can from over here in Spain by making a donation, spreading the word through social media and providing emotional support via FaceTime!"
