East Northport FD Honors Local Police Officer

The East Northport Fire Department recently recognized a Suffolk County Police officer who has proudly served the East Northport area for more than 20 years.

Christine Blauvelt was presented a plaque for her dedicated service and valued friendship to the department.

Blauvelt, who is set to retire, served in the 206 sector car that patrols East Northport for many years.

The department thanked Blauvelt for her service and wished her well in retirement.
