Election Day results and Women's Equality of Earnings NYS Rule?
Implementation Procedures must be implemented to award Women Staffers who are entitled to Retroactive Earnings For Employment Achieved!

Presidential Election votes were casted yesterday on November 3, 2020! What a great turn-out to see so many neighborhood faces choosing to wait in line to cast their vote. Many have fought Major World Wars to ensure that right remains in tact in one of the Greatest Democracies of the World. The United States is still reviewed as the example to promote and ensure one's civil rights.
With that being said, and a Former NYS Regional Communications Planner and Chief of Staff for Multiple Members of the NYS Legislature during my tenure-I'm so proud of my Public Service time. We must, ensure that Legacy aspects of the 19th Amendment which provides broad based understanding that Women's Rights to Earning Equal Wages be enacted throughout State Legislatures. In theory-this exists-but for a practical standpoint-we-NYS Women do not have a Process instituted in NYS to File as claimants for retroactive earnings because NYS as the Largest At-Will Employer Acknowledged their disservice of Employee Contracts and intend to make good on it by implementation measures of Retroactive Earnings.
Women, like me; who performed their Public Service under Oath-held NYS Constitution at its highest regard-We are the Women that deserve immediate implementation measures of retroactive earnings by New York State. Today-is the Day for Leadership within the NYS Legislature to come together and finalize the Legislative Bill Language to ensure that We-Public Service Officers with NYS receive our Earnings.

The NYS Legislature both Senate and Assembly is always on call even during non-Legislative Session Period-this year Special Legislative Session Requirements are necessary-not just for Election Law Matters-but for Women's Equality Measures to be 'Front and Center" the remainder of the year. This is not too much to ask for-as NYS has acknowledged the need prior to State of Emergency Pandemic Procedures. NYS is following Pandemic Procedures and enforcing where it is not being adhered too. There is no reason for NYS Legislature to continue ignoring Women's Pleas in 2020. As we drive Election results-today and every day of 2020-Women should be discussing and remaining vigilant on Enactment Procedures of the Maltese Equality of Earnings Law. Once NYS implements the procedure of processing claims-then Women have achieved the results of the 19th Amendment within NYS-there is no more excuse for State Legislators to provide!
Often, other classes of Public Servants-Service Men and Service Women who fought on the Battlegrounds also receive required Retroactive Earnings or Government Benefits they were promised during their Service; but at the time they applied for their employment packages-Local Governments where unable to implement as the facilitators.

As non-war service Public Servants; we too; who held the Constitution in the highest regard during employment rendered are entitled by Public Officer Rules to file claims and seek justice earned. Governor Andrew Cuomo; Acknowledged New York State's hand in not offering Employment Contracts that met Standards of Earnings for positions held primarily by Females in 2014. Between 2014-2017; Governor Cuomo laid out a generic sketch of his plan-but as I'm entitled to retroactive bill earnings as one of these claimants-the necessary implementation aspects must be enacted to receive retroactive employment earnings that I carried out. Like a Veteran; who may have had similar plights-I'm not quiet about democratic principles which must be carried out by New York State. Our National Democracy and Statewide replica of Legislative Process Measures-must adhere to my Public Notice advising my former Employer-NYS-to step forward and implement the Maltese Equality of Earnings Law. By doing this-it seals the intent of the 19th Amendment pushing NYS to finalize the sketch that is necessary for Women's Equality in NYS to be effective!
My quote-as I have written many quotes for prominent Legislators; "Women of NYS are equal if we do not have Equality of Earnings", Maryann Maltese-Tenured NYS Public Officer with NYS Legislature for 18 years. My service years 1994-2013; as stated it's 2020; how much public notice does NYS deserve or need in order to be in compliance with our own Rule Base Procedures? It's an open question to NYS Leadership that still is required to carry out NYS Women's Agenda Movement of 2017! That's what Public Officers do-we carry out expediting on behalf of all Public Servants of NYS-and we help with their Legislative and Constituent needs within Public Officer Oath of Procedures. If the Elected' is not performing their task-then you know the answer-next election season. Political Slogans- Catchy Phrases are advertising-but implementation of procedures and consistency of assistance is what makes a Great Legislator! The NYS Legislature and it's Members; must Fall in Line and Implement Procedural Based aspects for the Maltese Equality of Earnings Law in 2020-it's the 100th Anniversary of the 19th Amendment-is there any other better time for NYS to be in Compliance? I say; This year-not 2021!
