Elwood 7-Eleven Robbed for 3rd Time in 3 Weeks
A 7-Eleven in Commack was also robbed last week.

The Elwood 7-Eleven on Jericho Turnpike was robbed early last Wednesday morning, the third robbery of the convenience store in less than three weeks.
In the latest robbery, police say a man entered the store around 12:15 a.m. Wednesday and demanded money. A clerk complied and the man fled with an undisclosed amount of cash.
The same 7-Eleven, which is located at 3041 Jericho Turnpike at the corner of Verleye Avenue, was robbed on Sept. 24 and Sept. 12.

A 7-Eleven about a mile down the road on Jericho Turnpike in Commack was also robbed early Friday morning.
No one has been injured in any of the robberies. Police have not said if they believe any of the robberies are connected.
