Armed Man Robs Commack 7-Eleven

A man armed with what appeared to be a gun robbed a Commack 7-Eleven early Friday morning.

According to police, the man entered the store located at 6230 Jericho Turnpike at about 12:39 a.m. and demanded money.

A clerk complied and the robber fled with an undisclosed amount of cash.

No arrests have been made. No injuries were reported.

Another 7-Eleven about a mile down the road on Jericho Turnpike in Elwood was robbed early Wednesday morning. That 7-Eleven was also robbed twice in September. Police have not said if they believe any of the robberies are connected.
