Living Health Workshop Series (Six week series)
Retired Senior Volunteer Program will empower you to take control of chronic conditions such as diabetes, arthritis, high blood pressure, heart disease, pain, obesity and anxiety.
This program is provided through a grant from the Suffolk County Office for the Aging.
