The Vietnam Veterans Memorial Garden, donated to Northport VA Medical Center by the Vietnam Veterans of America on Long Island, Chapters 11 and 82, Dignity Memorial, Empire National Bank, and Gary Duff Designs, will be formally dedicated at a ceremony on October 19 at 11 a.m.
This garden will be a place to honor veterans of all periods of military service. In fact, those who wish to have a veteran loved one remembered in a special way can contact the Vietnam Veterans of America, Chapter 11, about having a brick inscried with the veteran's name, branch of service, etc.
