On the Eve of Thanksgiving-Food Pantry or NYS Equality Earnings?

Like many in Suffolk County; either furloughed or earnings capacity reduced, some furloughed, some unemployed and some applying for State Temporary Financial Assistance during Pandemic State of Emergency-I offer neighborly support-but as a Former State Legislative Communications Manager it is apparent that Women's Implementation aspects on Equality of Earnings needs enactment.

Maryann Maltese, a former State Candidate for New York State Assembly 12th AD in Suffolk was denied an Election Law Hearing at State Supreme Court-not because Maryann does not have the credentials to hold the office in the highest regard-but due to Judicial denying a Female in a Civil Matter access to be heard. That action sent me a message on exactly where Women within Suffolk Stand. The State Legislative Seats; 12th Assembly District, the 10 Assembly District, 2nd Senate Seat and the 5th Senate Seats-throughout the last 40 years have been held by Representatives who have voted Against Women's Rights-including Equality of Earnings. Every 10 years; as we participate in the United State Census-the results of which are used by the NYS State Legislature to reconfigure State Assembly and State Senate Districts in Albany. Lines drawn have catered to Members specifically voting against Women's Rights-Equality of Earnings.

This years Statewide Races in this community mailing pieces or articles on State Candidates who are responsible for delegating aspects of Equality of Earnings and a Women's Right of Choice (it is one vote in the state budget) have not been direct as to where or how they intend to vote on these matters.

Denial to Election Ballot-should send Women a clear understanding where we have stood in our ability to achieve highest aspirations locally-many seem to think that as these two items are protected (Earnings and Choice) Federally-we don't have to worry here in the Western Suffolk-that is a Myth! Within the Federal Statute of these protections-it allows the States to determine how to protect our rights-where are our rights in Suffolk County? They are none existent. Please read it again-without NYS taking the necessary steps to physically Enact Women's Rights within the McKinneys (that is our State Law Books) then in essence-Women's Equality of Earnings is not being enforced in NYS and permits Counties throughout NYS to determine how they will deal with our Rights.

Enactment of the Maltese Equality of Earnings Law; as I'm a tenured State Legislative Staff Member provides the "acknowledgement" that NYS stated in 2014-We must do. NYS can not move forward ever in full implementation of Women's Equality of Earnings Law until they take care of acknowledged retroactive earnings for State Employees who are the Employment Victims where as my Employer NYS must finalize their CIVIL Employment Arrears to me-instead NYS is sitting back permitting all Women Employed by NYS to be forced to go on to Social Service Programs and their Excuse is-WAIT AGAIN! It's Criminal activity on behalf of NYS because of the Acknowledgement was addressed in 2014- and No Male State Staff Member -where NYS has already acknowledged Employment fault-has WAITED 7 years for their Earnings to be administered! This is outrageous during Pandemic State of Emergency Pandemic that Law abiding Women are chastised by NYS allowing the Enactment of Bail Reform before Finalization of Women's Equality of Earnings.

The Enactment of NYS's Bail Reform provided better protections for those arrested on certain felonies the right to "no bail"-before Women's Equality of Earnings. That is unacceptable even for those who support the revamping of the Criminal Justice System. Why New York State Leadership thought Patronizing those that have intentionally committed crime before Women's Rights-Especially adding the language Women need for Retroactive Earnings-defines how it is being used in Suffolk County. A County that isn't providing Women at large with Justice-Denial of a hearing in an Election Law Matter; Maltese v. Hon. Cuomo and NYS Board of Elections 2020-01568 reenforces 2 things; 1) Women are not equal in the County and 2) Poor People are not entitled to Run for office as judicial review at the Appellate as PPJ was not allowed to be used-reenforcing Women are not equal.

I was denied the ability to represent myself ProSe within Maltese V. Hon. Cuomo and NYS Board of Elections-but Polenz (Republican) v. Marcantonio (Democrat) 2020-01569 with Polenz calling in Keith Brown (the new Assemblyman) as his witness was granted an Election Law Hearing. Each case had different Complaints for review; Suffolk Supreme rendered favorably that Marcantonio allowed to be on the ballot (3 political parties supporting it financially) that wasn't frivolous-and in Maltese-Suffolk Supreme Court used every legal ability to negate my complaint stating my request for judicial relief that "extended time frames offered within EO 202.2 of March 7th that was provided to every single Election in NYS-including School District extension of time" was not constitutionally eliminated and I'm frivolous.

Maryann Maltese a former State Legislative Staff Member in Good Tenured Standing-like the individuals who work inside NYS Suffolk Supreme stating that I'm not entitled to a Hearing by State Officials is the catalyst that Women need to focus on that in 2020-demonstrated without Question that women are not equal in Suffolk County.

As my former employment earnings are held hostile by my former Employer-NYS; how can one afford to pay for Legal Counsel? Ultimately -discriminating against Women this Election Season 2020 as I'm the only Woman who stood up and filed a Case on Election Law. The Scholars should ask themselves why they are picking and choosing which litigants cases to hear-less focus on trait or color or skin (as women are a class) and it's the male leadership of this County (Suffolk) denying women equality of earnings and equal access to the Judicial. The Virtual aspects of submitting my complaint were not heard-but Judicial enjoyed using my Complaints to embarrass me-but that well let's discuss it without issuing Maltese a hearing. That's a violation of Equality Laws at large and is unconstitutional. Does anyone Have $50,000 in order for Suffolk County to Hear my Election Law case-as PPJ aspects were denied in Maltese.

Today-as Modern day women and I have achieve many goals in my life that Suffolk County can not remove-and we're cooking for our loved ones-take a few minutes for yourself as well as email the present State Legislative Class of 2020 advising them; Women-want the Passage of the Maltese Equality of Earnings Law this year 2020! Nothing is acceptable until that happens! Do not allow any Media to convince you otherwise that Lame DUCK excuses will still be permitted-as the Media for this race and it's fact base-choose to go Deaf. Last night I heard Governor Cuomo claim; "these are not normal times as we celebrate Thanksgiving"- He's right-but it's not the only State of Emergency-the Governor or I have been employed in. Governor published a book on COVID-that earned him separate income while sitting virtually-amazing-is he donating a percentage to something-anyone ask?. Then why would NYS need to feel threatened by Maltese's Court Challenge on Election Law -earning no income like your families-but is due income right now.

To reach the Governor's office advocating for his signature-if not (2/3 veto vote override of him) virtually before December 31, 2020. Let's Chant Women-NOW! reach the governor @ governor.ny.gov.
