Exceptional Elwood Seniors Honored for Achievements

More than 45 Elwood-John H. Glenn High School seniors were recognized and awarded scholarships for their outstanding achievements, citizenship and service at the school’s annual senior awards ceremony in May.

Students were called to the stage to receive gold and silver medal awards in art, business, English, family and consumer science, foreign language, mathematics, music, physical education, science, social studies and the Wilson Tech program.

Parents, administrators, school board members, department chairs and teachers were all there to watch the students receive the awards and scholarships on Thursday, May 28.
