Extended Hours for Senior Beach Housing; Microsoft Store Coming to Mall

More than 100 seniors attended a cake ceremony on the porch of the Huntington Senior Beach House June 9 to celebrate the 2012 season opening and an announcement by Town officials regarding extended hours of operation.

graduate Adam Pomper, a freshman lacrosse player for the 2012 national champion Loyola Greyhounds, died Tuesday in Huntington. "The Loyola University Maryland community is morning the loss of Adam Pomper, a member of the Class of 2015, who passed away June 12, 2012," said school officials in a press release Tuesday. A native of Huntington, Pomper was a student-athlete on the men’s lacrosse team and a communication major.

A Microsoft Store will be coming soon to in Huntington Station. Part of an which began earlier this year, the Microsoft Store will be one of 11 new stores added.
