A landlord who is experiencing issues with their Heating or Cooling Systems, might be entitled to HEAP COVID 19 grants to help off set the costs of repairs or replacement. Tenants who are responsible to pay their own cooling and heating based on their lease or arrangements made with their landlord; can also quality for HEAP COVID 19 benefits to help off-set LIPA or PSEG Bills which are in arrears.
