ICYMI: Elwood's John Glenn HS Senior Named National Merit Finalist

ELWOOD, NY — Anson Kwan, a senior at Elwood-John H. Glenn High School, was named a National Merit Finalist in the 2022 National Merit Scholarship Program, based on his exceptional scores on the Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test, the school district announced.

Kwan is now eligible to be considered for one of 7,500 National Merit Scholarships.

"It's a big honor, and I achieved this as a result of the work of my teachers and my parents who helped support me through this process," Kwan said via news release.
