With Identity Fraud-Candidate Maltese speaks

It's so important for all of us to be alert and ask anyone that comes to your door unexpectedly to provide identification. All staffers for major delivery companies are required to wear Name Identification Badges on their uniforms so that customers or residents can identify the name of the Staffer from the business, said Maryann Maltese

It's ok to ask the delivery companies you work for to leave the delivery package at the door and it's by doing so it acknowledges delivery if it is important documents, said Maryann Maltese

"As the events of a District Court's son's murder unfolds; it's important to respect the families right to privacy; so justice can be achieved swiftly and I'm deeply sorry to learn of their loss", said Maryann Maltese.

"With Civil unrest amongst us and the passing of US Congressman Lewis a Champion within the Civil Rights Movement-who supported free speech and the Voter's Rights Act; let's show the world our Assembly District # 12, is an example of neighborhood respect for one and another" said Maryann Maltese. The 12th NYS Assembly district takes in the Townships of North Babylon, West Islip and Huntington.

I'm protesting within the law; and if injustice has occurred-file a complaint with Judicial and/or send me a note about it; together we can accomplish changes sought after. My Election Law Court Challenge is still pending; and by filing my complaint with the Judicial Branch, I'm seeking justice for not only me, but for future candidates to be granted additional time to petition once State of Emergency Orders are effective. EO 202.2 drew an unconstitutional line in the sand of Election Law by declaring Political Party Candidates right of extended time frames during Healthcare pandemic are more valuable then Delegate or Private Citizen's right to extended time frames, said Maryann Maltese. That action is a violation of my Civil Rights on so many levels. 9-11 is our precedent in the Nation to consider as we formulate election law policy as that day was New York State Primary Day, and extended time frames of compliance for "ALL" were granted, said Maryann Maltese.
