Living Healthy Workshop Series @ Elwood Public Library

This six week workshop, by RSVP and provided through a grant from The Suffolk County Office for the Aging, empowers older adults and their caregivers to take charge of chronic health conditions. Topics include developing healthy food choices, maintaining strength and flexibility, managing fatigue and pain, and positive thinking.
