Maryann Maltese, Cow Harbor Realty-Sponsors Holiday Gift Drives

Maryann Maltese, Sales Associate from Cow Harbor Weichert, is sponsoring two holiday drives this 2020 end of year Cheer Season!

I, and a the Elves are in the holiday spirit sending messages of cheer and joy for Children or Teens in need, as well as Our Service Men and Women-Veterans.

We're collecting cards for each category; expressing of your sentiment for them this holiday season. "A Fa La La" and/or" Thank you for your Service" are some of the messages of good cheer to state in homemade cards for distribution, but I know your think tanks are up and running.

Additionally, the Cow Harbor Elves will be gathering New Toys or items for Teenagers (Girl or Boy) to issue to families in need. New or Certified-Cleaned Comfortable clothing or New Socks for Women and Men Service Members are also needed in multitude of sizes. Items must be new or certified as Clean so that all community donations and Volunteers meet CDC or New York State Department of Health Pandemic Health EO ordinances. Another gift suggestion is to purchase gift cards at denominations of your choice from local retailers or Salons/Spas which makes a wonderful and thoughtful gift this Season. All gift card donations will be accounted for and acknowledgement of your gift with supporting details will be sent out by Cow Harbor Realty.

This is important so that we-Holiday CheerMisters gather warmly and that the collection of community based donations meet State standards of spreading Cheer and and Joy Safely. "Everyone, wants to have a beautiful and safe holiday season-and collecting items is important aspect of the holiday season!", said Maryann

Donations can be dropped off to: Ms. Claus' home @ 19 Ringler Drive, East Northport, NY or to the Northpole-in Northport; Weichert-Cow Harbor; located at 67 Main Street, Northport, NY. Please touch base with Maryann to set up time to drop off items to ensure safety and wellbeing of all this holiday Season. Anyone who is in need and meets Winterland Gift Drive Requirements; must fill out a form of waiver-and depending on donations; Maltese WinterLand Holiday Elves will do our best to meet needs.
