Two of our mama cats have left their foster homes, just in time for Mother’s Day. Their kittens are still too young, but will be here for our adoption event at the end of this month.

Chanel is a dark, long-haired calico, approximately one years old. John Debacker rescued her from a backyard in Wantagh. She was pregnant and gave birth to four kittens while in foster care. Her foster mom says she is super sweet and will head butt you and stand on her hind legs for a scratch. Some of Chanel’s favorite things are getting brushed and eating Fancy Feast. She was also a very good mom.
Our other mama is Cookie. Cookie is a one year old tiger cat who was rescued along with her 2 kittens. Cookie was very loving with her babies, always snuggling up to them. She did chase the feather on the stick when her babies were playing. Cookie likes to get her head scratched, and a soft body rub every now and then. She found her sunny spot on the windowsill and loved looking outside. Very curious. She’s a very sweet and calm lady.

The adoption fee is $165 which includes SNAP testing, worming, three sets of inoculations, spaying and microchip.
