Nerd Camp Hosted By Elwood School District

HUNTINGTON, NY — The fifth annual Nerd Camp is being hosted by the Elwood Union Free School District on Saturday, Nov. 2. The event will last from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at James H. Boyd Intermediate School.

Students of all ages can attend teacher and author-led lessons, designed to help develop the students’ literacy skills. Also, those who go will be able to meet with more than 65 published authors at the Author Meet and Greet from 2 to 3:30 p.m.
