New York State Implementation aspects on Equality of Earnings?
Where does NYS stand 12 Days into December prior to years end in finally Implementing State Earnings Equality for women?

As the end the years is upon us; New York State does not have Earnings Equality in New York State. Women tend believe that because Federal Rules-the 19th Amendment issued us the right to vote; that passage umbrella's equality of earnings law in their home state. Do you agree?
New York State is lagging behind in it's implementation aspects on Earnings Equality in State Code. As an Employer; New York State does not have Earnings Equality measures in place.
In 2014; New York State Governor Andrew Cuomo acknowledged this wrong doing stating that New York State would implement "issuance of earnings" to those women inside and outside State Employment. The Legislative Branches of New York State Government have yet to issue a claim process for the women impacted. Maryann Maltese, a tenured, respected, highly regarded State Legislative Staff Member is one of these incredible women-that NYS must review her employment history and based on her employment provide retroactive back pay or earnings to her for New York State. Grounds have been found and acknowledged by New York State in 2014-reasons stated-but issuance of Back Earnings have not transpired. Male Employees of New York State have never waited 7 years for their "required back earnings". New York State Executive Branches are sitting back-pushing off issuance of employment earnings for another year.

In January 2021, minimum wage of $15.00 is in full implementation in New York State-but that Law does not include issuance of retroactive earnings or back earnings for Women who are entitled to their earnings. New York State is on the verge of being criminally sanctioned for intentionally pushing off issuance of acknowledged wrong doing-by postponing the inevitable. State of Emergency Order Pandemics do not permit any State; including New York State from willfully allowing themselves as an Employer to reneg on it's Employment declarations.
Enactment of Maryann Maltese's Earnings Equality Law must be signed by years end; because NYS is in intentional arrears in following through on required employment claims processes with actuary findings that support employment claims and issuance of prior earnings for prior employment. No private sector employer is permitted to without ones' earnings; if they do-NYS Department of Labor provides prior employees with tribunal claims processes. In the Public Sector-when NYS is the Employer (Legislative Branches) if the Public Servant is not in present State employment service-but is due their retroactive earnings based on work provided-then Legislative Corrective Employment Languages must be enacted-and signed. The Governor can issue and Executive Order as well because the declaration of 2014-the State's acknowledgement-provides the measure to do so. By the Legislature not taking Pro-active steps in resolving their own Employment Claims-Earnings Equality for Women can not fully be in effect! NYS must close their own Employment Earnings Claims and by doing so-then closed the Hole in Women's Earnings Equality issues.

This year-the Maryann Maltese Earnings Equality Law must be signed as it the 100th Anniversary of our Right to Vote-meaning it granted Women the right to Run for democratic offices-but women staff members do not have earnings equality in staff position designations. NYS by allowing this to continue-is allowing Women State Employees to be at their Mercy-which is unethical in Employment Equality Practices.
Join me today-every day demanding that the Governor sign the Maryann Maltese Earnings Equality Law. If the leadership states there is not Legislative Bill Language present-ask them why and demand that they do for the reasons I mentioned above. Without NYS Legislature understanding the need for Earnings Equality Language to be in State Statute-then everywhere else in NYS Employment opportunities-women will be offered less than $1,00 for every $1,00 we earn. It grants other Employers permission to pay women unequal-this the ugly truth. NYS must be one of the first 5 States to declare it-Earnings Equality for Women-not the Last State as it has been in providing women with Equality. In 2009-NYS was the 49 State to grant women; No-Fault divorces-leaving them in harms way unnecessarily. Earnings Equality in NYS now-gives Women control over their finances and requires other Employers in NYS to follow the same Employment Practices.
Ask the Governor to implement the Issuance of the Maryann Maltese Earnings Equality-retroactive earnings now-for women throughout New York State.
