Northport Community Invited to Discuss Police Issues at Public Forum
Tuesday's meeting looks to create transparency between Northport Police and Village residents.
Members of the community are invited to attend a public meeting on Tuesday with the Northport Police Department to discuss police issues.
This type of police/community meeting is held three to four times a year to help keep communication open between the police department and the community.
The forum kicks off at 7 p.m. in the courtroom of Village Hall, located at 224 Main St.
