NY Islanders Spread Positivity in Northport Schools

Northport-East Northport Schools recently celebrated Red Ribbon Week with a visit from Sparky, the New York Islanders’ mascot, who was on hand with team officials to reinforce positivity in school.

Students at Bellerose Avenue, Dickinson Avenue and Ocean Avenue Elementary Schools were treated to an interactive assembly that reinforced positive messages about healthy choices, kindness and sportsmanship.
