There was a total of 99 residential and condo sales for the first half of 2013, in Asharoken, Eaton's Neck, Fort Salonga, and Northport. There were 12 sales that sold for more than 1 million dollars. Condo sales topped out at $950,000.
A 1 acre, waterfront, home in Asharoken, sold for $1,600,000.
A 4 acre, waterfront, estate in Eaton's Neck sold for $1,765,000.
And a 6 acre, waterfront estate, in Fort Salonga sold for $2,250,000.
