Request for Larkfield resurfacing between Allerton & Claypitts

Maryann Maltese reaches out to Huntington Highways inquiring on the status of resurfacing Larkfield Road between Allerton Avenue and Claypitts Road in Larkfield.

"This section of Larkfield was included in my previous request and this section of Larkfield hasn't received full resurfacing restoration in over a decade. The conditions of this portion of the roadway are graded at the worse highway grading; the location is plagued with a series of connected potholes-crater size and unleveled surfacing which can lead to possible pedestrian safety issues, said Maryann Maltese", long time East Northport resident and candidate for NYS Assembly 12th AD (Democrat).

The corridor or Larkfield between Allerton Avenue and Claypitts provides multitude of small and large businesses catering to area residents; including Sunny's Nail Salon, Aegan Grill, IGA Supermarket and East Northport residents who live above Danny's Shoe Repair and Andrea's Beauty Salon.
