Seek Employment at Suffolk County Job Fair in Dix Hills

The Suffolk County Department of Labor’s One-Stop Employment Center will be holding a Job Fair in Dix Hills in August.

Employers from a variety of fields will be at the fair and on the lookout for job candidates. Businesses in the retail, education, healthcare, finance and military fields are scheduled to attend.

Job-seekers have until Thursday, Aug. 13 to get their resumes ready.

The event will be held at the Half Hollow Hills Community Library, located at 55 Vanderbilt Parkway, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

“I encourage residents seeking employment to take advantage of the Community Job Fair,” Legislator Steve Stern said. “No appointments are required, so bring your resume and dress for success.”
