All together the St. Baldrick's fund Raising event at Miller's Ale House raised more than $40,000 to help fund the best childhood cancer research saving the lives of kids in our community and around the world.
As the largest private funder of childhood cancer research grants, St. Baldrick's gives kids with cancer their best chance at long, healthy, and happy lives. This research helps kids like Maya, who loves to smile, laugh, and imagine – and courageously battled Wilms tumor, a type of kidney cancer. Now she shows no evidence of disease, thanks in part to decades of coordinated research funded by St. Baldrick’s.
