Where does Assemblyman Keith Brown Stand on Women's Equality

Maryann Maltese, Huntington Resident, Political Scientist Scholar for 33 years-Inactive Communications Regional Manager for the NYS Legislature for 18.5 years is a strong advocate for New York State to implement issuance aspects of Earnings Equality.

Now-that NYS Board of Elections solicited Keith Brown as the Assemblyman for the 12th Assembly District it's a great time to learn where Mr. Brown stands on Women's Equality Vote-Pro Choice Vote which is connected to Women's Earnings Equality in New York State. In NYS this is one vote for both rights-and previously Members of the State Legislature in both the Senate and Assembly have systematically voted against Women's Rights; including Earning Equality.

The 12th NYS Assembly Race this season was a Special Election; which means 3 Election cycles can be scheduled; A Special Election, A Primary Election (Maryann Maltese Petitioning during Covid-as NYS did not extend time period to do so or rescheduled it-as NYS did for every single General Election in NYS) and a General Election because it's former Assembly Member Andrew Raia-resigned 6 months into his 2019 term. The Seat is vacant-a Member can not be appointed there-elections in NYS Government must happen. Our Constitution (NYS-Article 6) determines Election candidacy aspects and non-political party candidates (delegates meaning I'm registered in a Political Party in NYS-there are 8 of them presently) must Petition to get on the ballot so that the general public Knows of their interest in representing the 12th Assembly District.

State of Emergencies do not permit Executive Orders to eliminate an Election Cycle according to NYS Constitution. Maryann Maltese v. Hon. Andrew Cuomo and NYS Board of Elections 2020-01568; complaint on the above-Judicial would not provide Maryann with a Hearing-that's systematic racism and discrimination at an unprecedented level. Judicial is the last resolve to solidify a Candidates win or loss beyond the NYS Board's of Elections; hence the reason President Donald Trump pursued his own election cases. The Maltese case 2020-01568 was for the Courts to review my right to get on the Ballot as the Non-Political Party chosen candidate; whereas President Trump's Cases (statewide) was for Board of Elections to review the results to ensure sanctity of democratic process. I respect the President for review; it was the right thing to do to preserve integrity of U.S. Constitution; but in NYS non-review of my State Constitutional Election Law cases as I'm a respected State Legislative Servant I was denied "entrance into a Court Hearing Process" solidified that Poor People do not have access to the ballot, only wealthy candidates are chosen and that Women are being systematically discriminated against in Process (Judicial) and in Employment-by offering them Mediocre Employment Contracts and not resolving it within "acceptable business terms-3 months". NYS as my Employer is in Employment arrears to me for 7 Years-this was part of my Candidate Legislative Platform to ensure that NYS implements Earnings Equality.

What can be done to prevent this from happening again; when a Candidate Petitions-it's the only non-wealthy way to get on the ballot. Petitioning is so important to the Democratic Election Process because it means the Delegate-or their team asked you to sign for them as a Member of that Political Party to place their name of the Ballot. That is the most respectable way to be listed on the Ballot for any Elective role-but more so for State and Local Elective Offices. What can be done; is for you as a registered voter to sign petitions-that signature means you as a Voter made a choice to list a local-perhaps non-politically funded candidate on the Ballot. Then; during the duration of the race-it's the Voter's responsibility to check out the candidate before you cast your vote on Election Day. It's gives the Voter's a chance to see what the Delegate's doing or has done too. Chairman or Chairwoman Chosen Candidates does not mean that justice was issue-or that even a Quorum of their Supporters was there to be part of a roll call vote. Election Petitioning is the most sacred aspect of Election Processes and should be valued by Voters-it will always be in person (not absentee) because you are swearing that you are registered to vote and a Member of that Political Party which is necessary for the Candidate to meet Board of Election Rule requirements.

Now that the Election was decided by Suffolk Board of Elections; my pre-existing Employment Claim is still pressing and NYS as the Employer can not eliminate or deter my employment request for Corrective Earnings for my State Service from 1994-2013 to be issued immediately. By issuance and signing of my Law-Maryann Maltese Earnings Equality Law; it gives Women in NYS Earnings Equality so that going forward women are earning 100 pennies for every dollar of their Labor in the Workforce and that Claim processes are "finally set-up within HRA departments" to ensure Employer compliance for companies that have 50 or more employees. It's hard to believe that as Progressive as NYS is-that Women in NYS are still not considered Equals. This is the point to push for before the end of 2020-Signage and Issuance of Maryann Maltese's Earnings Equality Law for the Women of NYS and Maryann.
