Women's Agenda-Eve of E Day 2020-Election Day-Where are we?

Maryann Maltese, Former Candidate for NYS Assembly 12th AD (Democrat-Independent-Working Families Founder (BKYLN is where it began-DUGAN!) is tossing in her Fishing Pole into Northport Harbor as she is an Real Estate Associate with Cow Harbor Realty-Weichert Realtors considering which Fish-Candidate to pull from the waters. The 12th Assembly District; takes in the Townships of Huntington, West Islip and North Babylon with our Lush State Parks (Edgewood Oak Brush Preserve, Belmont Lakes State Park, Marion Farms, and our Local Parks and Beaches-places where families who reside in the district can enjoy themselves.

The Women's Agenda and Our Right of Equality of Earnings Law must be implemented in NYS this year 2020. It has once again been overshadowed by State of Emergency Orders and as women; particularly, this woman who is a Former State Regional Communications and Chief of Staff Manager with the NYS Legislature is demanding present day candidates to State where do they Stand on Implementation Rules or Claim Forms Promised so that Women impacted can receive Justice they are entitled too. I have worked with the NYS Legislature on countless State of Emergencies; and while State of Emergency Orders are precedent-NYS still is required to multi-manage aspects of our daily lives that require Implementation Orders. The Women's Agenda-Equality of Earnings in NYS has been lingering since 2014-when Governor Andrew Cuomo promoted WEP's Platform (Women's Equality Party) to ensure that NYS introduced and enacted Legislative Processes Necessary to compensate Women who performed employment and have employment claims because they were undermined by Superiors. NYS is one of these Employers; and it is unacceptable to wait 7 Years for our earnings to be retroactively instituted and issued. No employee with a Claim For Outstanding Earnings waits 7 years-we are not discussing increases to retires Pensions as many consider it Cost of Living Allowance Increases-we are acknowledging Employment Earnings Mishandling and Making Good Legislatively on the Promise.

Women, should not take casting their Line into the Sea of Candidates Lightly-but ask your favorite candidates where they stand on Implementation Rules of Equality of Earnings and if they have a track record of voting in favor of these Legislative Requirements. Presently, in NYS-Women still are waiting for the Process to be implemented-NYS is not as Liberal as one might tend to believe-and allowing Elected's present and those that want to be Elected's permission to continue to "swim around the issue and not have a concrete platform or Legislative Bill Introduced or Perspective Bill Introduced in January 2021" can no longer be the way Legislatures conduct themselves of our Mutual Concerns as Women.

Don't allow your candidate to dodge ball the issue any further-by providing you-their supporter with generic information. We, Women want concrete facts 48 hours before E DAY for the Candidates to advise us 'Where is the Bill Language and When will it be Enacted-Implementation" so that I or someone I care about; can receive Justice of Earnings?" Then-Cast your Vote accordingly. Today and tomorrow-there will be multiple GOTV efforts underway (Get Out The Vote) and Candidates need to respond before I pull the Lever-symbolically speaking or color in the Oval on November 3, 2020.
