Women's Equality of Earnings Law NYS-Anyone hear back?

Women's Earnings Equality does not exist in NYS-where is Andrew Cuomo on the matter with the enactment of Maltese Equality of Earnings?

Maryann Maltese, a tenured NYS Legislature (State Governmental Employee-non union) placed her Employer (NYS) on notice seeking her "Back pay" of earnings NYS acknowledged their wrong doing in in 2014.

Today, I'm here reminding New York State Legislators who represent us presently in the State Legislature until December 31, 2020-to get off their"backs" off the "couches" and do what is right-implementation of the procedures to issue my earnings. Issuance of these earnings will grant women in New York State Equality of Earnings at large. New York State has not granted women Earnings Equality and this rule is impact in all areas of our lives. NYS passed the $15.00 minimum wage increase laws which takes full impact in January 2018-but within the language of that law-DOES NOT-provide Women like myself-their retroactive or back earnings for Employment already provided to New York State, said Maryann Maltese.

Once again; Women have been left out of the Employment Earnings Equations at large, said Maryann Maltese. Maryann announced her candidacy for the Special Election NYS Assembly Seat in July 2019 when the former Assembly Member Andrew Raia resigned 6 months into his new term and collected his earnings until December 31, 2019. Maryann Maltese is owed Back Earnings-corrective language for NYS Employment injustice for 7 years.

New York State can not pretend to "beam in the light of love"; while conducting themselves inappropriately in 2 ways;

1) Outstanding Injustice in Issuance of Maryann Maltese's Employment Earnings.

2) Denied Access to the NYS Elections Ballot for NYS Assembly District 12th.

I included within my legislative platform; ensuring that Women receive Equality of Earnings Law in New York State so that women are in control of our financial destiny and not forced to file Case Law challenges. By NYS not signing Equality of Earnings Law in State Statute-Women are not recognized as Equals in the workforce-which then leads to diminishing our ability of inherent property rights ladies. This is the problem and why Judicial at the highest court (U.S. Supreme) has the ability to 'not hear" our Law brief complaints. Once NYS enacts Earnings Equality then we have State Equality which reduces the number of "cases" we need to bring forward-that may or may not be "heard" which is discretionary at the Court level.

As women; do we want to continue to "trust" that NYS is doing right by us-if we don't have Equality in State Law?", said Maryann Maltese. It's not a rhetorical questions Ladies or those that identify with Her, She-but a real question geared to you and to your State Legislators.

I'm Pro-Choice, I support LGBTQ community-but as Women-if Earnings is not Equal in NYS-then we don't have inherent rights and that is a problem. Before this years end as in New York State has implemented the budget on Pro-Choice and protections for LGBTQ communities-what's missing and why we're still having "major issues" is that the "hole" within State Statute of Earnings Equality" is not in effect because Women from State Service are owed outstanding Earnings.

Ladies-this is why the Governor and the New York State Legislature needs to finalize and SIGN the Maltese Equality of Earnings Law to settle "my claim" which then results in Equality of Earnings for Women of New York State. Remember this promise was made and acknowledged in 2014-it's 2020-please use that line in your emails. When women complain-many assume (what does that make you) we are emotional and unstable-that's not the case here-I'm owed earnings for job performance already completed and NYS is sitting on the Tuck-is.

COVID 19 Pandemic State Orders is an excuse-it does not grant permission to NYS to further sit on their Tuck-is and be the largest Employer offender. NYS is the example-please join me in email, phone, creative media, posters showing your support for the Maltese Equality of Earnings Law. Maltese surname derives from Malta, Italy-anyone else from Malta? I'm 3rd Generation American at this point-but what is the history of how the Maltese pooch got it's name? Send me a note and kids under the age of 12-sending me a pooch note picture is nice. However, Males over the age of 12-it's unacceptable mentality to make bodily gestures aspects such as - exposing ones self in public.

A quick thing to reference with the usage of Maltese for different things that is considered inappropriate behavior-criminal and civil fine oriented; if I was in grade school and a parade of young males exposed themselves to me inside school building outside school property or herded around me while I'm conducting my personal business in male dominance puppy style measures such as pissing on one in the corner-is that acceptable behavior? Send me a note explaining your position on this. Maryann is a certified Teacher with Brentwood UFSD-and a UFT scholar; doesn't support bullying in any way. Elections are interesting-but illegal actions or vulgar actions are just that-illegal.

Join me in pressing the NYS Legislature to Sign Maryann Maltese's Equality of Earnings Law to enact Women's Earning Equality Law providing employment arrears to me or other women entitled.
