On Saturday, May 16th, our community will come together for the 2026 Relay for Life of Rockland County at Palisades Center Mall, West Nyack (Parking Lot F) from 2 pm to 10 pm. The event features Food Trucks, Vendors, Children’s Activities, Face Painting and Music &amp; Performers! SCHEDULE: 3PM - OPENING CEREMONY 5PM - FREE SURVIVOR RECEPTION 9PM - LUMINARIA CEREMONY
Join us to celebrate Survivors and fight cancer. Sign up, start a team, and start fundraising! Funds raised through Relay support cancer survivors and their families, as well as education about how to reduce the risk of cancer and early detection, and funds cancer research that will help protect future generations.

The Nyack Famous Street Fair will be returning on Sunday, May 17 from 10 to 5 in downtown Nyack. This is the ultimate shopping and dining event you do not want to miss. The fair features over three hundred exhibitors, from four states with arts, crafts, new retail, home décor, and unique gifts set up in tents lining Main, Broadway and Cedar Streets. For the foodie’s festival foods of all kinds will be available including food trucks. Music will be located at the Gazebo on Main Street. Be sure to stop by the great restaurants and outdoor cafes with many offering fair specials. Nyack’s unique shops and boutiques are a must see. 
The fair is held rain or shine. No pets please. The Nyack Famous Street Fair has been held for over 50 years and has become a much-anticipated event that is looked forward to year after year. The Rockland County Choral Society celebrate the country's 250th anniversary by taking the audience on an "American Journey in Song" featuring the words of Thomas Jefferson with "Testament of Freedom" by Randall Thompson, some popular tunes like "Route 66", "Take Me Out to the Ball Game", Gershwin's "Rhapsody in Blue" &amp; "I Got Rhythm", Tiffany Jackson's spiritual "Elijah Rock" to Richard Rodgers "It's a Grand Night for Singing".&nbsp;We proudly salute those who served with &nbsp;"A Tribute to the Armed Services" and look at the future with hope&nbsp; in “Give Me Your Tired Your Poor" and "God Bless America". &nbsp;Under the conductor Dr Russell Wagoner and accompanied by Tracy Dobelle along with the Maybrook Wind Ensemble, this celebration will tug at your heartstrings as we remember the past and embrace a hopeful tomorrow. Wednesday Games
Doors open at 5:40 pm and play starts at 7:30 pm. Bingo games are open to the public.
Packages are priced at $42, $35 and $25 plus $3 admission. They contain nine games with other games available for purchase including Pull Tabs, Quickies, two progressive bonanza jackpots and nightly specials. Games end at approximately 10 pm.
All game boards are paper with electronic verification. Pre-packaged snacks, beverages and bingo supplies are available for purchase.

Bingo is played in Beth Am Temple’s climate-controlled, ground-level social hall which has cushioned seating. The room is brightly lit and has its own sound system. The building is handicapped accessible with a well-lit parking lot.
