Driving without Headlights on South Franklin Street: DWI
The Nyack man had a BAC more than 3 times the legal limit, police allege.

David Emmanuel, 25, faces an Aggravated DWI (misdemeanor) charge and traffic violations.
He was stopped at 5 a.m. July 26 on South Franklin Street in Nyack for driving erratically and driving without headlights activated, police said.
Emmanuel failed field sobriety checks and was transported to Orangetown Police Headquarters where he submitted to a breath test.

The Nyack resident’s blood alcohol content was recorded at more than 3 times the legal limit, police said.
He was released to a family member and is due in Nyack Court on August 18, 2015.
