Rejuvenate with Restorative Yoga - Taught by Jan Crittenden

Relax, feel, watch and allow your body to surrender to the bliss and benefits of Restorative Yoga. 

This peaceful Restorative Yoga Workshop offers students the opportunity to open, reflect, and to receive the benefits of complete relaxation.  Working with breath and meditation while supported in positions of ease, one allows the body and mind to quiet and ultimately open to rejuvenation.  This workshop is appropriate for students of all ages, sizes and experience, and beneficial for those needing a more gentle approach to yoga, students healing from injury, and anyone looking to soften the body or balance an active Yoga practice.

Jan Crittenden is a 200-hour certified yoga instructor, specializing in teaching Hatha and Restorative yoga for gentle, prenatal, beginners and levels I/II.  Jan is a graduate of the Birchwood Center Yoga Teacher Training and has continued her professional development with intensive workshops including Relax and Renew Restorative Yoga with Judith Lasater.  During her classes Jan focuses on the importance of listening to one's body.  Jan brings enthusiasm, compassion, understanding and a fun learning environment to each class she teaches.
