Spring Yoga Hike in Harriman State Park with Jerry Cincimino

Take a moonlit hike in the Harriman Forest.  Stretch, meditate and enjoy the light of the silvery moon.  Come and join Jerry for an evening hike in Harriman State Park.  The hike will be to a lake along the Suffern Bear Mountain Trail where we will do some asana and meditation, and hopefully see the nearly full Strawberry Moon.  As we will be returning at dusk and perhaps darkness, please be prepared by bringing along a flashlight and insect repellent.  Also, bring along water and some food to enjoy while we smooze before the return hike.  As this is a moderately strenuous walk, please wear sturdy shoes or boots, and you should have some experience with walking in the woods.

Driving directions to our starting point will be provided to participants after registering with Birchwood Center office.

Registration in advance is required.
