Felix Festa Among Best Middle Schools in State

The Felix Festa middle schools are among is the best public middle schools in New York, based on new rankings of the top 100 schools in state from Niche.com.

The school in the Clarkstown district actually has three rankings on the list:

• No. 57- Felix Festa Character Middle School, West Nyack
• No. 64- Felix Festa Determination Middle School, West Nyack
• No. 67- Felix Festa Achievement Middle School, West Nyack

According to Niche, a high ranking indicates that “students are happy with their experiences in all aspects, especially academics, teachers, and diversity,” “the school is an exceptional academic institution in terms of teachers, students, resources for learning, and student outcomes,” and “the school is made up of a diverse population and fosters an accepting, positive school culture.”

The study ranked 19,710 middle schools across the nation.
