NYACK, NY — A grocery delivery service is expanding its services to include parts of Rockland County. Instacart, which initially launched in 2014, announced it has begun serving certain ZIP Codes effective Aug. 24 in Rockland and southern Westchester counties, along with the Bronx.

This is expected to add 410,000 households to Instacart's coverage area of more than 5.3 million New York-metro area households.

According to a spokeswoman, the expansion would allow customers to shop from Fairway Market, CVS, Costco and Petco and have their groceries delivered to their homes in as little as one hour.
