Murder Suspect Fighting Extradition From PA
The man is being held in jail as a fugitive from justice.

WEST NYACK, NY — The man accused of killing West Nyack businessman Youbens Joseph is fighting Rockland County's attempt to extradite him from Pennsylvania. Eric Ross, 24, of Wilmington, Delaware, faces felony murder and criminal use of a firearm charges for allegedly shooting Joseph No. 24.
Ross is being held in Bucks County Jail as a fugitive from justice, the Journal News said.
Joseph was shot around 3 p.m. Nov. 24 at Youbs Auto Sales at 357 Route 59 in West Nyack.

He was 37 years old and lived in Middletown, Orange County.
