Nyack's Halloween Promenade Set For Saturday

The event in the village's downtown will take place rain or shine.

NYACK, NY — Despite the forecast of rain, Nyack's Halloween Promenade will take place as scheduled Saturday.

The village of Nyack and the Nyack Chamber of Commerce are presenting the event from noon to 8 p.m. Saturday in downtown Nyack.

Organizers said Main Street to Broadway will be closed down, providing room for outdoor dining, unique shopping, psychics, live music and "spooktacular" activities.

You'll want to stroll through the whole village in order to check out the spooky windows painted by Nyack students.

Some of the restaurants and businesses will be hosting costume contests, so be sure to dress up.
