Texas de Brazil Churrascaria Celebrates Grand Opening in West Nyack

NYACK, NY — A new restaurant celebrated its grand opening in West Nyack at the Palisades Center on Wednesday.
Texas de Brazil Churrascaria, a leading Brazilian steakhouse chain, celebrated its official grand opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony hosted by the Rockland Business Association.
Texas de Brazil boasts an array of flame-grilled beef, lamb, pork, chicken and Brazilian sausage, slow-roasted and continuously carved tableside by gauchos, as individually directed by each guest. The menu also features an elaborate salad area, decorated by large tropical flowers and featuring 50 fresh gourmet items, such as imported cheeses, charcuterie, Feijoada, roasted vegetables and lobster bisque.

“The people of West Nyack and surrounding areas have been extremely welcoming to us since our opening, and our location in Palisades Center has kept us very busy,” said General Manager Brian Bolick. “Our guests really love the unique experience of dining at Texas de Brazil, with our warm Texas hospitality, abundant gourmet salad area and delicious meats grilled and served churrasco-style by our friendly gauchos.”
The 7,500-square-foot restaurant features an open-view grill in the dining area, a wine wall and a bar/lounge area. Texas de Brazil has another popular location nearby in Yonkers, as well as five other locations in New York and a total of 49 system-wide.

The West Nyack restaurant is open for dinner nightly. Regular Dinner, which includes the meat service and salad area, is priced at $44.99 per person; Salad Area Only Dinner is $24.99; kids 6–12 dine for half-price; ages 3–5 are $5; and children under 2 are complimentary. All prices exclude beverages and dessert.
