'The Documentary and its Creation'
Second in the Library's "Food for Thought" Series.
Greg Mithcell, who has lived in Nyack since 1989, has written more than a dozen nonfiction books, and three of them led to his involvement in major documentary films. During his discussion he will trace how some of his books, research, and writings have inspired films and what this shows about the difficult transition from the page to the screen and the challenges for writers, film directors and producers.
Please register by calling the Library at (845)358-3370 ext. 214 or by visiting our events calendar at www.nyacklibrary.org
