Friends of the Blauvelt Free library present a trip to Avery Fisher Hall in Lincoln Center to see the New York Symphony Orchestra under the direction of Bramwell Tovey, in "A Star-Spangled Celebration". Enjoy works by Gershwin, Copland, Sousa and more. The Commandant's Own Marine Drum & Bugle Corps. joins the orchestra, as does Clarinetist, Mark Nuccio. Bus leaves the library promptly at 6 pm for an 8 pm curtain. Cost: $65 includes coach transport. Cash or check made out to Friends of the Blauvelt Free Library must be paid in advance.
